The ATNS Working Papers Series focuses on emerging research issues in a size and format that is useful to a range of audiences, while maintaining the high academic quality guaranteed by a refereeing process.

Working Papers are produced by researchers affiliated with ATNS. Other relevant research may be accepted at the discretion of the Editorial Committee. The editors welcome submissions at any time. Contact us for more information.
