SAISC membership consists of:
company members of the South African Iron and Steel Institute;
fabricators and erectors of structural steelwork;
companies and organisations interested in structural steel;
small, newly established steelwork contractors;
structural engineers, architects, quantity surveyors and project managers proficient in structural steel design and construction; and
individuals who want to be associated with the SAISC (see SAISC website c2008).
SAISC is signatory to the Construction Sector Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Charter.
