Gerald McKenzie and Betty Cashmere are party to several Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs) on behalf of the Jirrbal People. These ILUAs relate to the ground-level exercise of the Jirrbal People's native title rights and interests, as they were recognised in the proceeding QUD42 of 2004 by the Federal Court of Australia on 8 October 2010.
