The Githabul Nation Aboriginal Corporation is the Prescribed Body Corporate for land known as ‘Githabul Country’ which they hold on behalf of the Githabul People. The Corporation can also carry out the functions of a Cultural Heritage Body under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 (Qld) and generally act as a representative on behalf of the Githabul People.
