| The Mandingalbay Yidinji Aboriginal Corporation was incorporated on 10 June 1999. The Corporation Rules were approved by the Registrar on 10 June 1999. The rules state the objects of the Mandingalbay Yidinji Aboriginal Corporation. The principle object of the Corporation is to act as agent for the Mandingalbay Yidinji people in obtaining, holding and managing Mandingalbay Yidinji country. Other objects include, to act as the Prescribed Body Corporate through which Mandingalbay Yidinji people can meet their duties and responsibilities for their country. | ||
