The Ngan Aak Kunch Aboriginal Corporation is the Registered Native Title Body Corporate (RNTBC) for the Consent Determination in Wik Peoples v State of Queensland [2000] FCA 1443 (Determination No. 1) (3 October 2000); Wik Peoples v State of Queensland [2004] FCA 1306 (Determination No. 2) (13 October 2004); and Wik Peoples v State of Queensland [2004] FCA 1306 (Determination No. 3) (13 October 2004).

The Ngan Aak Kunch RNTBC administers land on behalf of the Wik people.
In addition to the Wik and Wikway Native Title Peoples determinations, the Ngan Aak Kunch (RNTBC) also administers four Indigenous Land use Agreements that relate to access to particular parts of the determination area.
