The Mandingalbay Yidinji/State of Queensland Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) provides for the Parties' agreement about the exercise of native title rights and interests to ensure good management of the Grey Peaks National Park and Malbon Thompson Forest Reserve. (NNTT)

It contains clauses whereby the Agreement will expire if:
- a determination is not made within three months of the commencement date; or
the earlier occurrence of any of the following:
- a regulation giving effect to a Management Plan for the ILUA Area in accordance with s 69 of the Nature Conservation Act 1992 (Qld); or
- 31 December 2012; or
