The Snake Creek Deed for Exploration was agreed between Normandy Exploration Ltd, ACM Exploration Pty Ltd, the Northern Land Council and Wambaliji Aboriginal Corporation.
The deed provides for:
- protection and rehabilitation of the environment;
- training for Aboriginal people;
- mining; and
- compensation.
